HBI, ACLI, and AHIP joined together to urge the New Mexico Office of the Superintendent of Insurance to change the effective date of 13.10.34.5 NMAC – Standards for Accident-Only, Specified Disease, Hospital Indemnity, Disability Income, Supplemental and Non-Subject Worker Excepted Benefits (Regulation) to allow more time for industry compliance efforts.
