HBI Weighs in on NAIC Improper Marketing Efforts

The Health Benefits Institute submitted comments today in response to the NAIC Improper Marketing Committee’s request for comments on the proposed amendments to Model 880, the Unfair Trade Practices Act. The Institute’s comments voiced continued concern that the proposed modifications were too broad, and would result in insurers being penalized unfairly.
